What do I need for initial consultation?
We will require your details and the details of the proposed applicant if you are enquiring on behalf of another person. When contacting our office please provide your full name (as it appears in your passport) and your best phone and email contacts. Our reception and migration assistance team will provide email confirmation with a link to our web questionnaire. Although this is optional, a well completed questionnaire will provide a good overview of your circumstances and can be helpful when providing initial advice and assistance.
Do you offer video consultation?
Yes, we regularly schedule video consultations through Microsoft (MS) Teams. This is a web-based application so no special download is required. It is available through most mobile and computer devices.
Can I obtain advice and assistance without consultation?
No. Due to our lawful operating requirements as Registered Migration Agents we are unable to provide immigration advice without an initial consultation or having a signed service agreement in place.
How do I pay for initial consultation?
EFTPOS is available for appointments held at our office. For MS Teams consultations, we will contact you prior to your consultation with details for Electronic Funds Transfer or payment over the phone.
